Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive

Department/Group: Commercial Power

Reporting To: Sales Manager

Position Type: Full Time- Permanent

Salary & OTE: £20,000 basic with industry leading and realistic OTE of £30,000 – £50,000

Here at Commercial Power we have a new and exciting roles available for a hungry Telecoms Sales Executives to join an established and forward-thinking group of businesses in Trafford Park, Manchester.

Role and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Achieve daily / weekly / monthly sales targets.
  • To achieve performance KPIs.
  • IT literate, with the ability to accurately complete all customer details & sales information to the required standard.
  • To adhere to the sales compliance rules at all times – all sales are generated in line with our quality standards.

 

Skills and Attributes:

  • MONEY HUNGRY.
  • Tenacious.
  • A self-starter.
  • Ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent work ethic.
  • Excellent professional telephone manner.
  • Proven experience of interacting with clients over the telephone.

Reporting to: Sales Director

Position Type: Full Time- Permanent

Salary & OTE: £30,000 basic with industry leading and realistic OTE of £40,000 – £70,000

Reporting directly to the Groups Director, we are looking for a dynamic and proven Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career and lead a team of highly motivated telecoms agents.

Roles and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • To ensure the team are achieving prescriptive revenue, growth targets and key objectives as defined by the senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure all activity and behavior of self and team is consistent with being a role model for a customer centric culture .
  • To ensure all opportunities are qualified using sales methodologies utilised by the company and to develop an accurate forecast as requested.
  • Manage a hungry team of New Business Executives to deliver to KPI’s, Objectives and achieve targets.
  • Monitor individual and team performances and take appropriate action.
  • To ensure all Sales Process, reports and management information procedures are maintained.
  • Conducting monthly sales presentations on team performance to the senior stakeholders.
  • Reward individuals for achievement.
  • Performance manage under achievement where required.
  • Develop individuals to continually to improve performance.
  • Conduct staff reviews in line with company policy and monthly 1-1’s.
  • Understand the business markets strategy and marketplace.
